Consultation:Upon your quote request, Invision-Graphics will prepare a full written consultation for your web site or project, which you should hear back from an Invision-Graphics representative within 48 hours of our review of your website.
Invision-Graphics will also provide a time frame to how long your project or task will take to completing the work desired. This will be decided upon your specific requirements as well as our availability.
Invision-Graphics consultation process will continue throughout the design process and general work being done. Invision-Graphics will also update you on the progress of your project, as well as
provide you with a specific URL on our secure Network so you may check updates, and
review the progress and development of your website design. This is to ensure that your requirements are being met and that you're
completely satisfied with the work being provided. This way you can also address
any concerns or make any suggestions and changes you wish at that time.
When your web site is completed we will upload the final designs and files to your server. Upon completion and uploading of the site to your server, you will
then have 30 days with which to review your site and make any desirable changes to layout or placement of content. All web site creation is placed on to a CD-Rom and shipped to you so you have a full copy of your site on disk.

We will also manually submit your site to all the free search engines and Indexes as part of our overall package. We also can assist you in registering your web site with various
communities or resources that are specific with your site, thus increase site traffic. Additionally, we can also arrange to carry out regular maintenance of your site, if you require it, so that the content remains
up to date and fresh.
Copyright to the finished assembled work of web pages designed by Invision-Graphics are owned by Invision-Graphics. Until receiving your final payment for Invision-Graphics design services, the client is then assigned copyrights to the website, graphics, and text contained in the finished assembled website. Invision-Graphics requires you to keep the Copyright Source code in tact. Final payment and closure of the Invision-Graphics Design Contract is the only time when Invision-Graphics will turn over the intellectual property rights to their respective owners.
Before Invision-Graphics Staff officially begins on your web site or project you will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated cost. The balance of payment for your completed website will be payable in full before your site is uploaded to the server of your choice. Final payment and closure of the Invision-Graphics Design Contract is the only time when Invision-Graphics will turn over the intellectual property rights to their respective owners. Failure for none payment will result in your
default of contract, wavering any agreement between you and Invision-Graphics! Resulting in your loss of the initial deposit.
