The well known and respected Websitetemplatedesign.com owned by Mr. Jeffrey
McCommas contacted Invision-Graphics.com to help warn the general public and web development community about Codemystore [dot] com, owned and operated by Mr. Ajit Ray.
After Invision-Graphics staff reviewed the sites nothing seemed obvious and neither of the sites main layouts matched - but the crime this time is even lower then ripping off someone else's design, its making a profit off another companies hard work and reputation for providing quality designs.
Mr. Ajit Ray has stolen the entire collection of design templates from the personal collection of Mr. Jeffrey McCommas owner of Websitetemplatedesign.com.
We reviewed both websites eCommerce sections, and Mr. Ajit Ray has blatantly stolen and taken every one from Websitetemplatedesign.com, Mr. Ajit Ray even had the edacity to borrow the Meta Tags and is using word - for - word each category
description from Websitetemplatedesign.com to perceive people into thinking he's a professional web designer and of course up pr and sales which he then boasts about to Mr. Jeffrey McCommas.
Mr. Ajit Ray claims full ownership and copyright to the designs that belong to Mr. Jeffrey McCommas and his company and has no intentions to taking anything down that doesn't rightfully belong to him.
Mr. Jeffrey McCommas has shutdown Mr. Ajit Ray twice prior for the same convictions. But the 2 times Mr. Ajit Ray was shutdown he was using a US
Internet Service Provider.
This time Mr. Ajit Ray is using an ISP in India and Mr. Jeffrey McCommas Lawyers have come to a road block, due to the legal foreign policy issues.
