Great list for people to get started managing their online reputations. It's true that nowadays people cannot afford not to know what's being said about them (and their companies) online.<br />

If you don't mind, I'd like to add a few more:<br />
TweetDeck lets you search for keywords and follow lists as well as your follows for free<br />
Synthesio is a paid monitoring tool that allows businesses to analyse trends and volume of trends surrounding their key topics, identify influencers and communities talking about their brand, company, and/or industry, analyse consumer sentiment, etc.<br />
