Invision-Graphics Support Staff
Become a staff member at Invision-Graphics. If you are experienced or even a mid-level site developer we want you to join our staff! As long as you can meet the criteria for the positions we are trying to fill. Below you will find a list of positions and skills we are searching for.
Moderators Rules and Responsibilities
Our main priority is to provide the best service possible to our users. To that end, Staff Members should endeavor to be pro-active in their dealings with users and stay informed on facility developments.

• Treat Members and co-staff with tolerance, understanding and respect.

• Staff Members are not allowed to do any harassment or any other personal assault while on duty or on site.

• Staff Members even when not on duty must always show respect and pose them selves as ambassadors of Invision-Graphics as you represent our services and your actions have an impact on all staff members.

• When replying to any member for help topics or answering general questions your to reframe from using profanity or slang at all times.

• Always try and answer all questions with the best of your knowledge. If a question does arise that you are not aware of ask any other Invision-Graphics staff member for assistance.

• Attend all mandatory meetings and mandatory training sessions.

• Invision-Graphics staff members are encouraged to chat in the discussion forums with members and enjoy your time. But always checking for any current members who need assistance.

• If a problem arises with a member and your not getting anywhere yet the user informs you that they will file a complaint always provide them with a contact e-mail address for Administration.

• All members have the right to file complaint on any Invision-Graphics staff member and all staff members must provide the information requested for thee appropriate department.

• Staff members are responsible for their password and account and must never give it out to any member that is not staff.
Resolving Conflicts
When a staff member has a problem with the conduct of another staff member, resolve the situation in the following manner:

• Address the issue, always in a professional manner and out of view of members.

• If the issue is still not resolved, talk to or send an e-mail to the "Invision-Graphics Administrator" at the following admin@invision-graphics.com
Conflicts between user and staff
If the user is abusive (either verbally or threatening) to staff members, handle it as best and discreetly as possible, and always log your conversation for your protection and immediately contact Administration admin@invision-graphics.com
Disciplinary Action
Invision-Graphics staff members can be subjected to a review at any time if deemed appropriate by the administration, or the lead coordinator of staff members.

Failure to abide by the Invision-Graphics staff member policy may result in a verbal or written warning, or if the offense is severe enough, a staff members review for removal.

Three written warnings in a six month period will result in a mandatory staff members review.

Possible outcomes of any Invision-Graphics staff members review include, but are not limited to:
• Probation
• Suspension
• Termination of staff position
• Removed completely of all Invision-Graphics services
Rewards
Perfect staff member rewards program!
If a staff member has "NOT" had any complaints filed and that has shown outstanding service for the current term. The staff member will be entitled to a gift from the Invision-Graphics administration and promotion to handle other duties if they so do wish for their next term.

Staff Security
Personal information, phone numbers and location of other Invision-Graphics staff members should be guarded and not given out to the general public.

The staff password should never be given out regardless of what any user or member tells you, Invision-Graphics administration is the only one you should consult with about this information.

Forum Moderators, GFX-Moderators, Columnist, Web-Developers, Reviewer-Software-Books-Programs, SEO-Experts, PHP-Mod, ASP-Mod, HTML-Mod.
