Payment
|
All Payments are made in advance before work will commence and our made, directly to admin@invision-graphics.com at Paypal.com for providing the support to you. Invision-Graphics only accept PayPal for payments.
For work done by the hour, a minimum payment (of one hour's work) will need to be made before work can commence.
If work agreed on cannot be completed, then a full or partial refund will be made. Note that if you request a standard installation, and your host does not meet the minimum requirements, you may not receive any refund (at the discretion of Invision-Graphics).

Payment By Mail
|
If you choose to send your payment by snail mail, it can take up to 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Once payment has been received and cleared by our account's department you will be notified via email to arrange an appointment time for work to begin.

All payments should be made out to "Mr. Shawn DesRochers." Once payment has been mailed contact sales@invision-graphics.com and be sure to provide the name of the check holder, your full name like it appears on the check and a contact email address were you can be reached once it has cleared so its not to delay your project any further.

If you e-mail us from another email account other then the one you used, you may not receive a reply, as the e-mail on record will be the only one we use to contact you at all times. This is to ensure complete client confidentiality and security of your information.

Legal Agreement!
|
Please note that by submitting a paid support request, you are entering into a contract with Invision-Graphics. If you decide that you do not require our services to be performed, you must notify us within 24 hours of submitting your request for our services.
Once the 24 hours have passed, you are now responsible for any fees for work done or completed. Upon completion of your request, all outstanding balance's are to be paid (excluding hourly work), within (2) days of completion.
