You're covered by both PayPal and Invision Graphics Buyer Protection.

As a first step, you will need to open a PayPal dispute to get your refund. As this will verify you made the payment and we can issue a refund directly back to your account.

It goes without saying, that refunds or the buyers protection only covers services that Invision Graphics offers and not items you may have purchased from a business that's listed within our business directory.

You will need to contact them directly or file a dispute through Paypal.

If you just purchased a product from Invision Graphics, please note that it has to be reviewed first and approved by a Invision Graphics Administrator before its approved.

All payed submissions are usually approved within 12 hours of your submission or sooner.

The PayPal payment also has to be completed and not be in pending status. Especially for e-checks or direct bank transfers as this form of payments can take up to 5-6 business days to clear and deposit it into our account.

All other payments, like credit cards or direct funds from your Paypal account is usually instant but can take up to 20 minutes to appear on the dashboard as Paypal may be experiencing high volume of traffic.
